In the UK your goods will normally be received by you within approx 3-5 working days after confirmation of cleared payment.

PRINTING AND PRICING ERRORS:

We try to be very competitive with our prices but should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

WEBSITE SALES RETURNS POLICY:

Should any item be unsuitable.
Tangaroa Limited will refund you the amount less p & p costs within 14 days of receipt of the unwanted items,
return payment will be made by cheque or by original credit card via Stripe payments under the following conditions.

* We must be notified all unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. All items must then be returned unused by recorded delivery at your cost within 14 days of notifying us.
* All items must be returned in original packaging undamaged/unused.
